Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Electric Spindle Core Automatic Balancing Machine, Motorized Spindle Shaft Balancer is a fully automatic balancing machine that integrates the functions of automatic balance measurement, correction and re-test and it is specially developed for the high-speed electric spindle rotor used in woodworking machinery enterprises.
Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Electric Spindle Core Automatic Balancing Machine, Motorized Spindle Shaft Balancer adopts high-precision soft bearing dynamic balancing measurement structure, the repeat measurement accuracy is ≤10mg. Balance correction adopts double-plane radial material removal, with high-power hoover, the drilling process adopts broken cutting processing, easy to vacuum. All the motion devices of this equipment are driven by AC servo motors, which can effectively guarantee the stability of the production process; the production efficiency can be up to 60-80PCS/H. The loading and unloading adopts the automatic feeding conveyor line, which requires only manual putting the products on the conveyor line and taking away the finished products at regular intervals. One person can operate two to three sets of equipment, greatly reducing labour costs, and can effectively ensure the stability of the product.
